I was involved in a serious 2 car auto collision on 21 January 2011. A lady made a right turn from the left lane, on a surface street going roughly 40 to 45 mph. I was traveling in the right lane going roughly the same speed. She claimed that I was in her blind spot. I was seriously injured, My C-4 and C-5 were crushed, and I had a concussion. I was taken by ambulance to a hospital nearby. After an MRI, it was deciphered that I would require surgery as soon as possible. However, I was unable to have the necessary surgery for four days after the collision, due to the swelling on my brain from the concussion. The really frightening part was that I was losing feeling in my arms, fingers, and hands. I am so grateful to have connected with Ed Casey. On January 20 2009 my mother who was 88 at the time, was taking a walk down her street. As my mother was walking, a neighbor backed her car out of her garage and down her driveway.
